To apply a promo or discount code:

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Our dedicated team goes above and beyond to have your orders sent out as soon as possible, and therefore we can not always guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to your order.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!

Please email our team (as soon as you receive your package) on [email protected] with an image of your damaged item for further assistance.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

If you are located in Australia or New Zealand

• Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive from date of shipment

If you are an International customer:

• Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to arrive from date of shipment. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.

Returns must be initiated within [14 days] of delivery date. 

For items to be accepted upon return, they must meet the following refund guidelines:

  1. Must not be a sale item
  2. Must be in original condition
  3. Must have all tags intact
  4. Must not be damaged from being worn, or show signs of wear
  5. Must not be washed or altered
  6. Must be free of washing powder, body odour, perfumes and deodorant  
  7. Must be free of make-up stains, tan marks, glitter and pet hair. 

Please Note: For hygiene purposes Mélani Bodysuits are NOT refundable.

If the items returned to us DO NOT meet our requirements, we have the right to reject your return request and you WILL NOT be refunded. From there you will be given the option for the garment to be shipped back to you, with shipping cost at your expense. 

To refund or receive store credit, pleases follow this link to process your request.

Strictly no dropping off returns in our warehouse. All returns must be completed through our online returns portal.  Unauthorised orders that are dropped off at our warehouse will not be accepted for a refund. 

We accept returns with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please contact the MÉLANI team within 48 hours of receiving the item. When contacting MÉLANI concerning faulty items, please provide images of the faults. 

MÉLANI prides itself on the quality of the garments we sell. We ensure each item is checked before being sent out.  

We are an international fashion brand and ship worldwide. All orders are sent from our head office located in South Australia. All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS.

MÉLANI is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs. 

Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations.

If a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs.

We are an online-based fashion brand, however we do offer easy returns. Please head to our returns policy page for further information on returns and exchanges.

Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to update. If you are still having any issues tracking your order after 48 hours, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] so we can further assist you.

Pre-order allows customers to place an order for an in-demand style before it is available for delivery. Each pre-order item has an estimated delivery date of when it will be dispatched. Pre-order items still require full payment to secure your pre-order item.

If your complete order contains an in stock item and a pre-order item, your full order will be sent out when the pre-order item is ready to be dispatched. If you need your in stock item as soon as possible, please make a seperate purchase.
